Great Job today guys at Wendel. We finished third in our region beating Hoggard in the process. We are top four in the region right now.

We need to focus and pack it up. Think sub 17. We can do this.

Here is next weeks workout schedule.

Monday- warm up 2 miles 800-2xmile-2x400
Tuesday- 4-10 miles
Wednesday- warm up 2-3 miles 1 mile-400-800-1000-800-
Thursday- 4-10 miles
Friday 4-10 miles
Saturday-Jungle Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to keep thinking more miles more miles more miles

Keep up the hard work. 18 years and count for state meet qualifying.
